Reservations for all treatments and services are subject to an advance payment at the time of booking.

If you wish to change your visit, we will reschedule it, provided that you inform us of your intention at least 48 hours before the visit.

In unavoidable circumstances, we may need to amend or cancel your booking. In this case, we will contact you to arrange a new visit or treatment at a convenient time for you.

Dear clients, I have a strict policy on Botox top ups.

Two weeks maximum, anything over that period will not qualify you to a free top up.
You will be given a 14 day review date post treatment. Please ensure you can make this as further treatment will not be offered.
